The Riyadh Business Forum is dedicated to tourism, a key sector of Vision 2030 and the main gateway for Italy–Saudi Arabia collaborations.
Opportunities for SMEs, Startups & Institutions
Eligible participants include companies, startups, public institutions, chambers of commerce and associations connected to tourism and related industries.
Participation & Fees
Each organization may register multiple delegates. Fees: 1 participant €3,400; 2 participants €5,500; from the 3rd participant onwards €2,100 each.
Included Services
Covered: accommodation, local transfers, visa, access to conferences and meetings, language assistance. Not included: international flights.
Agenda & Networking
Each company will receive a tailored agenda of B2B and B2G meetings, thematic workshops, visits to strategic projects (AlUla, Diriyah, Red Sea, NEOM), plus a personalized follow-up plan.
Support & Selection
Each organization will be assigned a dedicated SABINA Consortium representative. The delegation is limited to 50 organizations, carefully selected based on profile, sector relevance and collaboration potential.
