Our Story
SABINA is a trilateral consortium established by Exeo Lab (Italy) AGD GmbH (Germany), and the Intercontinental Development Center (IDC – Saudi Arabia / Netherlands). It is a pioneering initiative born in response to the growing momentum of Saudi-Italian strategic cooperation, notably following the high-level visit of Italian Government to Saudi Arabia in January 2025.
SABINA is not merely a business matchmaking platform—it is a strategic educational and economic diplomacy initiative that links industry, education, and government across both nations. The initiative reflects a shared vision to embed knowledge transfer.

Enrollment Process & Next Steps
The contract will be signed with Exeo Lab Srl, the Italian organization of the SABINA Consortium, which coordinates the delegation. The deadline to complete enrollment is 10/10/2025.
All necessary documents for hotel bookings and visa issuance will be handled directly by the SABINA Consortium, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
Targeted interviews will highlight the Client’s key products and services, preparing them effectively for matching activities with strategic counterparts.
Finally, a personalized agenda will be created to identify local clients and partners, organize B2B and B2G meetings, and structure tailored business meetings, maximizing every opportunity for networking and growth.
